Work Process
Initial Contact:
Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours. Schedule an initial discovery meeting to understand the client's needs and goals.
Discovery Meeting
Gather detailed information about the client's business, target audience, competitors, and project objectives. Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers. Discuss the project scope, timeline, and budget.
Proposal & Contract
Develop a tailored proposal outlining the project scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost. Present the proposal to the client and address any questions or revisions. Once approved, draft and sign the contract, along with any necessary agreements (e.g., NDAs).
Closeout Meeting
Conduct a final meeting with the internal team to review lessons learned and discuss areas for improvement.
